· TYPE LOCALITY. "Montagnes Khodja-Djailaou - au pied du col Kisil-Tokay du cote occidental. Elevation 11.000 p." [Khodzha-Dzhailou E. of Kudara, NE. Pamirs, Tajikistan].
· RANGE. Confined to the W. and NE. Pamirs.
· DISTRIBUTION AND VARIATION. Specimens from the W. Pamirs differ from the type in having the HW outer edge less strongly lightened; they have been described as the ssp. ishkashima (Shchetkin et Shchetkin, 1991).
· HABITAT AND BIOLOGY. Eroded rock at 2,000-4,000 m a.s.l. Flight period: end of June to August.
